What are some of the free to use tools to generate an online survey?

Qualtrics is a good platform for hosting your online survey. I've seen many FYP groups use it for their project. It's simple to edit and offers sufficient answer types, such as a 7-point Likert scale.

Google Docs is a good survey tool and it's free. Here's a quick tutorial:

The free version of Suverymonky is limited to 10 questions and 100 response, not good enough imo.

 

NBS (NTU) students can request for Vovici account that is very good at generating survey and manipulating results.
